2. What we collect
Information you give us. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in, your message, and a record of your consent.
Information collected automatically. If you allow analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website. It collects information such as pages visited, time spent, device and browser type, and approximate location, using cookies. If you do not allow them, Google Analytics is not loaded. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses.
We do not ask for sensitive information such as financial details, passwords or health records through this website. Please do not include them in your message.
3. Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and share information, demos or proposals you ask for.
- To follow up on that enquiry.
- To understand website usage in aggregate and improve the site.
- To keep the website secure and prevent misuse.
We process the details you submit on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box on the form. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not send you marketing messages unless you ask for them.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run this website, and only for the purposes above:

If your enquiry is about services we deliver together with our technology partner 2i Digital (2i Services Private Limited), we may share your enquiry with them so they can help us respond.
Some of these providers may process data outside India. We may also disclose data where required by law.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for up to 2 years after our last communication with you, unless a longer period is required by law. After that, we delete them. Google Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of our Analytics account.
6. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:
- Get a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
- Ask us to correct, complete or update your data.
- Ask us to erase your data.
- Withdraw your consent at any time. This will not affect processing done before you withdrew it.
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity.
- Raise a grievance with us, and if it is not resolved, complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

7. Cookies

cookies (such as _ga), load only if you choose "Accept". If you choose "Reject", no

We remember your choice in your browser's local storage. You can change it at any time using the link at the bottom of every page. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.
8. How we protect your data
The website is served over HTTPS, so data you submit is encrypted in transit. Access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it to respond to you.
